The Panthers managed to claim a Black Diamond Cup minor-major premiership without losing a game.
Terrigal Avoca (10.16-76) beat City (7.8-50) after trailing by 25 at the end of the first quarter (34-9).
The Panthers then kept their opponents scoreless in the second, taking a 17-point advantage into the main break (51-34).
This same trend continued in the third and Terrigal Avoca went 38 points in front (75-37).
At one stage the Panthers piled on 48 points unanswered and City went almost three full quarters, between the end of the first and end of the fourth, without landing a major.
Luke Bury and James Webster both landed doubles for the back-to-back champions. Aidan Watling kicked three for City in the opening term.
The Central Coast club also completed a clean sweep of the main awards with Jack Grimmond receiving the McBain Medal for player of the grand final, Mitchell Price named the competition's best and fairest and Harrison Pitt topping the goal kicking charts.
