The woman, who cannot be identified, gave evidence on Wednesday for a second day during the former NRL star's rape trial in Newcastle District Court.
Mr Hayne, now 32, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual intercourse without consent and inflict actual bodily harm.
The woman gave evidence on Tuesday that the pair had struck up a flirtatious relationship on social media before arranging to meet at her house at Fletcher on the night of the 2018 NRL grand final.
But the woman said after she realised Mr Hayne had a taxi waiting outside she resolved not to have any sexual interaction with him.
But she claims he forced himself on her on her bed, tried to kiss her and then pulled off her pants before engaging in two sexual acts that left blood on her bed and Mr Hayne's face.
During her evidence on Wednesday, the woman was read a number of text messages between her and a friend, during which they discussed what had allegedly happened with Mr Hayne and what she should do.
"I'm too scared to report it," the woman messaged her friend. "He would have the money to ruin me. "The last thing I need is my life in the public eye."
The woman said she went to a doctor who told her the injury she sustained to her genitalia "looked like" it was done by a "bite".
The woman said as part of police investigations she contacted Mr Hayne via Snapchat to put some of the allegations to him while detectives videoed their exchange.
"I thought you would have at least asked whether or not I'm OK or not by now," the woman wrote to Mr Hayne.
Mr Hayne replied: "you said you were ok last time we spoke?"
The woman then wrote, in part: "You knew I definitely wasn't ok from the damage that night. It was pretty messed up. And you just left me that way."
To that Mr Hayne replied: "WTF are you on about!!! I stopped straught [sic] away and made sure your were ok. We spoke for a while after and made sure you were ok before i left. You're starting to sound suss."
Mr Hayne also wrote: "That is completely untrue! Everything we did you consented to."
During her evidence, the woman denied that Mr Hayne had shown concern for her after she suffered the injury and again denied that she had consented to any sexual activity with him.
Under cross-examination from Phillip Boulten, SC, the woman admitted finding Mr Hayne attractive and said she "probably" would have been interested in sex with him "but it didn't go that way".
She denied suggestions that she kissed Mr Hayne back and enjoyed any sexual activity with him.
The trial continues.
