FOR Simon Turner it was the chance to try something different that got him involved in the Household of the Green Knight. "Plenty of people ride horses and do dressage," he said. "But that's boring. Not many people do jousting. It is very original. "The Household of the Green Knight is a lot of hard work, but it's also plenty of fun," he said. "I've been swinging swords since I was 16 and just love it. But it definitely takes a certain type of person to do this."
