DOROTHEA Twomey may not be your average motivational life coach, but at 79 years of age she has plenty of life experience.
She recently came out of retirement and started her own business, Skyhy Coach, to help people achieve their goals.
"Life isn't about how good you are - it's about making the most of who you are," Ms Twomey said.
"Every now and then life becomes too hard and failures begin to dominate. We sag a little and allow the successes to fade into the background. But there are ways to change this.
"As I listen to people speak of lost opportunities, I want to help them achieve their goals in the same way as I did."
With experience as a teacher, counsellor, writer, mentor and, above all, a mother, Ms Twomey has lived life to its fullest and is ready to share her knowledge.
"It doesn't matter what the goal is, if you have a vision or goal, I have the techniques and strategies to reach it," she said.
"I see people wanting to become better human beings, to find the path which brings happiness, and to realise their goals as their new reality."
Ms Twomey is offering everyone an introductory session free of charge.
