That’s the message from the Salvation Army as its Salvos Stores gear up for National Op Shop Week with the launch of their new ‘Fashion with a Conscience’ campaign.
National Op Shop Week runs from Sunday, August 21, to Saturday, August 27, and seeks to raise awareness of the importance of supporting op shops.
Fashion with a Conscience encourages customers to “reuse, recycle and reinvent fashion” by shopping at their local Salvos Store.
On Monday, participating stores will feature a Salvos Capsule Wardrobe display to inspire their savvy shoppers. Each wardrobe will consist of stylish outfits for all occasions for less than $250 – for the entire wardrobe.
Also on Monday, Salvos Stores will offer customers 50 per cent off all pre-loved items, making it the perfect time to shop Fashion with a Conscience.
