The young Knights, who have dominated much of the season, will meet Manly in the decider at Leichhardt Oval next Saturday.
Best led the way with a hat-trick as the Knights took control in the first half, going to the break up 40-0.
The Knights, undefeated minor premiers, beat Illawarra 40-30 the week before in the qualfying final.
Newcastle, who were runners-up last season, have won the competition three times, in 1992, 2000 and 2014.
It was a mixed day for the Knights lower grades.
Sam McIntyre scored a double as the Knights out-classed the Titan 50-22 in the under-20s.
However there was no joy for the Trent Hodkinson-led reserve grade side, who went down 42-26 to Wests Tigers.
