The former Jets skipper started his second season in charge at Magic with four goals – to claim the Maso Cup and take them to the FFA Cup round of 16 for the first time, secure the Northern NSW NPL premiership and win the grand final.
Broadmeadow defeated Sydney NPL club Rockdale City Sun in the final to win the pre-season Maso Cup in what was a memorable day for Magic supporters.
They then joined Edgeworth as the only NNSW NPL clubs to progress past the round of 32 in the FFA Cup when they defeated Canberra FC 4-1, earning a home clash with Bentleigh, who won 4-0.
And while Edgeworth proved too good again in the premiership race, Zadkovich said victory over the Eagles in the grand final on Saturday night would make this season a great success.
Dino Fajkovic (leg cork) was the only injury concern for Magic.
