Ettalong restaurant attracts big names and Muse is on the move | Food Bites

FRESH IDEA Troy Rhoades-Brown of Muse fame is one of four acclaimed chefs lending their talents to a series of special monthly dinners at stunning waterfront Ettalong restaurant A Box On The Water. On March 1 and 2 chef Martin Boetz will create a four-course Thai-inspired menu with optional paired wines. Although of German descent, Boetz is considered one of the world's most accomplished Thai chefs. He was a former partner and executive chef at the Evergreen Longrain restaurant in Sydney and Melbourne. Tickets cost $85 per person; $40 optional wine pairing.  It's Stefano Manfredi's turn in late March, Christine Manfield in April and Rhoades-Brown in May. To book email bookings@theboxonthewater.com.
