Snow claimed a first NSW title in the over-35 men's division with excellent wave selection and execution.
He caught only two waves in the final, but earned scores of 8.33 and 5.5 to narrowly defeat Mick O'Rafferty (Cabarita). Shane Wehner (Broulee) and Shane Conwell (Avalon) were also in the final.
Defending Australian champion Phillips dominated the over-40 men's final with best scores of 8.4 and 8.07 to defeat Jake Spooner (Bulli), Rob Hazelwood (Narrabeen) and Wehner.
Dan Dignam (Woonoona) and Robbie Page (Kempsey) won the over-45 and over-50 men's titles respectively.
Meanwhile, South African-born Novocastrian Sarah Baum bowed out in round four of the SA Open of Surfing at Port Elizabeth on Sunday.
Baum was second in her round three heat on Friday to make the last 16 but she was eliminated with a 10.74 total and third place in round four of the 3000-point qualifying series event.
