The club confirmed on Friday they would use the big screen at McDonald Jones Stadium and their social media channels to urge people to donate to the GoFundMe page established in the tragedy's wake. That appeal had raised more than $200,000 by Friday afternoon from more than 4000 donors.
Manly Warringah Sea Eagles will also honour young victims Blake Rinkin, 11, and his twin sisters Matylda and Scarlett, both 5.
The three siblings died after a fire broke out in their home in the early hours of Wednesday.
Blake was a Manly fan.
"To honour his memory, the Sea Eagles will wear black armbands in the NRL match against the Gold Coast Titans at Cbus Stadium on Saturday afternoon," Manly said in a statement.
"The club is also looking to help the Singleton community with any fundraisers for the family."
