Central coach Phil Williams said three other players - five-eighth Jack Kelly (neck), centre Grant Anderson (arm) and utility Brad Russell - need to undergo fitness tests at training this week.
Fijian prop Junior Roqica (work) adds to those potentially out of action. Butcher Boys fullback Cameron Anderson and hooker Cody Bryant are also away.
* SOUTHS coach Andrew Ryan will welcome the upcoming bye in round five with fullback Harry van Dartel and utility Cal Orchard both unable to finish the weekend's win over Lakes after sustaining first-half injuries.
On top of that Lions lock Tori Freeman, who only returned earlier this month after being cleared by French club Saint-Gaudens Bears, is now set to undergo knee surgery.
* WESTS playmaker Frazer Price will be racing the clock to be ready for Saturday's meeting with the Pickers at Maitland Sportsground.
Rosellas mentor Todd Lowrie said the five-eighth has knee inflammation from the weekend's win over Central.
Many from the Rosellas went the other way leaving for Maitland in 2020, including coach Matt Lantry and the likes of Alex Langbridge, Chad O'Donnell and Pat Mata'utia.
However, they won't all face off against one another with the Pickers top squad contesting the statewide President's Cup.
* LAKES trio Lachlan Farr (knee), Cody Robbins (ribs) and John Tolefoa are all set to line-up against Cessnock at Cahill Oval on Sunday.
* SOME familiar Newcastle Rugby League surnames in the under 19s encounter between Kurri Kurri and Macquarie on the weekend.
Beau Abraham and Robert Briggs were listed for the Scorpions while Brodie Linnane and Jimmy Whaleboat featured in the Bulldogs squad.
