Bizzarri was part of the all-conquering Edgeworth Eagles side from 2015 until a knee injury wiped out his 2019 season.
He switched to Broadmeadow in early 2020 but was restricted to playing reserve grade because of an agreement between the clubs on player movements after the COVID break.
The defender or midfielder has now moved to Charlestown, who had already signed his former Eagles teammate Aaron Oppedisano for 2021.
"It's a top signing," Law said. "He's outstanding. He and Aaron fit the criteria of what I wanted.
"They are in the right age bracket, Aaron is 23 and Dom is 26, and when you have been in a successful culture, like at Edgeworth, it breeds habits that I want. Winning habits and winning mentalities."
Harry Frendo and Dylan Burston from Adamstown and Jett White from Weston are other recruits for Azzurri.
Law said his only losses from the squad that broke the club's finals drought last season have been Central Coast pair Matt Johnson and Daniel Bird
