The new store is in the arcade along The Boulevarde, near Betta Home Living.
Manager Vicki Johnson said the new premises are airconditioned, freshly renovated, light and airy.
"Our staff are providing quality up-cycled goods for absolute bargain prices," Ms Johnson said.
Along with supplying quality second-hand clothing, the store also stocks a range of bric-a-brac, furniture and electrical items.
It even has a "men's shed" section, where blokes can get cheap scrap metal.
The store's items are generously donated by locals.
"A collection bin for donations is located in the Toronto Coles car park, with two more currently in the car park at Liquorland," Ms Johnson said.
Donations can also be made at the rear of the store via the underground car park, and furniture pick-ups can be arranged.
Proceeds from the store go towards ministry and local welfare programs.
"Volunteers are always welcome at the store.
"Just call in or phone for an application form," she said.
