Police investigating a break and enter of a Lambton business in March that resulted in $150,000 worth of damage to cars has released CCTV footage and photos of the incident in a bid to find the culprits involved.

Newcastle City Police Target Action Group is investigating the break and enter to a smash repair business along Griffiths Road at Lambton which is believed to have happened sometime between 10.30pm on Saturday, March 23 and 4.30am on Monday, March 25.
Police said during this time frame, an unknown number of people entered the smash repairs business and targeted several vehicles by smashing windows, denting panels and spreading paint throughout the interiors.
Investigators estimate the total damage cost to be more than $150,000.
On finding the damage, officers from Newcastle City Police District Target Action Group were contacted and began investigations through Strike Force Nanes.
Detectives have now released images and CCTV footage of a man who they believe can assist with their inquiries.
Police believe more than one person may be involved in the incident.
